| 平绒 velveteen 用经纱或纬纱在织物表面形成紧密绒毛的棉织物。布身厚实，绒面柔软，绒毛短而稠密，不易倒伏，光泽柔和，富有抗皱性，保暖性好，经染色或印花后，外观华丽，宜做女装、鞋帽及装饰用品。按加工方法分为割纬平绒和割经平绒两种。①割纬平绒由一组经纱和二组纬纱交织而成，其中一组纬纱同经纱交织成地布，用作固结绒毛，称地纬；另一组纬纱同经纱交织成有一定浮长的起绒组织，称绒纬。成布后先经轧碱再将绒纬割断，然后进行退浆、烧毛、刷毛、煮练、染色或印花，最后拉幅上光为成品。②割经平绒由二组经纱同一组纬纱交织成两层织物，其中一组经纱同纬纱交织成两层地布，用作固结绒毛，称地经；另一组经纱同纬纱交织在两层地布之间，称绒经。成布后先割断绒经，形成两片织物，经刷绒、练漂、染色或印花，再经水洗、刷绒、剪毛，最后拉幅上光为成品。 |
