洋葱 半个
欧芹菜叶 少量
调料: 橄榄油 3大匙
黄油 1大匙
盐、胡椒 少量
做法: 1)将土豆皮洗净,锅中加水和土豆(水盖过土豆),加少量盐煮20分钟
2)土豆稍冷后切成厚片
3)锅中加入橄榄油,中火炒香培根,捞出
4)锅中加入洋葱和土豆煎炒,用盐、胡椒调味,待土豆成金黄色后再放入培根和黄油,炒匀
5)盘中盛放上4),再撒些芹菜叶即可
