欧芹菜叶 少量
调料： 橄榄油 3大匙
黄油 1大匙
盐、胡椒 少量
做法： 1）将土豆皮洗净，锅中加水和土豆（水盖过土豆），加少量盐煮20分钟
2）土豆稍冷后切成厚片
3）锅中加入橄榄油，中火炒香培根，捞出
4）锅中加入洋葱和土豆煎炒，用盐、胡椒调味，待土豆成金黄色后再放入培根和黄油，炒匀
5）盘中盛放上4），再撒些芹菜叶即可
