Through survey of a butment s high embankment project and one-year monitoring of dynamicdeformation on site, the paper expands deformation figures, duration rules and deformation stability of the cohesive soil directly used to construct high embankment structure and draws a conclusion that auto deformation of high embankment structure by cohesive soil is not stable enough three years later.

These questions can be called elastic plastic deformation stability.

In this paper,by using the Henstock integral and Lyapunov function, the variational stability for bounded variation solutions of a class of discontinuous systems is considered.
