Objective Researched the influence of standing time and temperature which blood sample preserved and the time spent on clean separation blood serum(serum) on blood sugar mensuration after sample centrifuged.
目的:探讨血液标本离体后,标本放置时间、保存温度、完全分离血清(浆)的时间对血糖测定的影响程度。

逼尿肌压力为膀胱内压与腹内压之差。测定时经耻骨上膀胱穿刺或经尿道向膀胱内置入一测压导管，同时向直肠(腹内压)内置入一测压导管，两测压管分别与两个压力传感器相连，排尿时测定膀胱内压及腹内压曲线。两者形态相近，则说明逼尿肌无收缩。正常膀胱内压为4.41～7.85kPa(45～80cmH2O)，若排尿时膀胱内压大于9.8kPa(100cmH2O)，常提示下尿路梗阻。
