| 腐苔 curdy coat 颗粒疏松，粗大而厚，揩之可去，形如豆腐渣堆积舌面的苔质。腐苔多属热证。多因胃中阳气有余，蒸发胃中浊腐之气上升而成。若苔色晦暗垢浊，或白或黄，称为浮垢苔，常见于食积、痰浊、湿热之证。若舌面上粘厚一层，有如疮脓，则称脓腐苔，常见于内痈病重。其中肺痈舌苔白腐，肝痈舌苔紫灰脓腐，胃痈舌苔黄腐。若舌面上生一层白膜，或出现饭粒样糜点，称霉腐苔，多因胃脘腐败，津液化为浊腐上泛而致。常见于湿温、温毒、伏暑、痢疾、疳积等患者。一般病程中，舌苔由板滞不宣而化腐，由腐而渐退，生出浮薄新苔，为病邪解尽。 |
