舌痈 舌痈 病名。系指舌赤红肿，如豆如樱，痰涎多的病证。《杂病源流犀烛》卷二十四认为：“舌痈，舌红而肿大，属心经火盛。”此外，也有因胃中伏热熏蒸积毒而成者。治宜清热解毒，可用黄连解毒汤加减，外搽冰硼散。舌痈因其颜色、部位等不同又有舌红痈、舌上痈、卷舌痈等不同名称。治疗也应根据其不同特点，辨证用药。详见各条。
