肝痈
肝痈 病名。痈疽之发于期门穴处者。《素问·大奇论》：“肝雍，两胁满，卧则惊，不得小便。”多因肝经积湿热，郁结成痰蕴蒸而成。初起于期门穴处隐隐作痛，局部微肿，继则痛引胁肋，按之疼痛明显，侧卧、咳嗽或便溺时疼痛加剧，全身反应常常恶寒发热，脉见弦数有力。重则证见局部肿痛增剧，胁肋胀满加重，身热不退。若失治或不治，则见脓肿破溃，或脓从咳吐而出，或脓血由大便而泻。其脓多呈咖啡色而带臭秽之气味。治宜清热解毒，疏肝宣郁，化痰泻火之剂。可随证选用柴胡清肝汤、黄连解毒汤、化肝清毒汤、宣郁化毒汤，或疏肝涤痰汤之类。若脓已成，则于上方之中佐以排除脓毒之品。外治可参见肠痈、肺痈条。确诊后可按病情施手术治疗。本病相当于肝脓疡，或肝包虫囊肿病，或化脓性胆囊炎、胆管炎等病之一。
