制作方法
1.将人参、蒜和枸杞以适当比例配料后,加入柠檬汁和35°的酒清,在20℃的室温下静置并逐步抽提20天,使三者的有效成分充分地被抽提出来。经过抽提,使人参、蒜、枸杞进行适当组合,它们的营养成分和药效浑然一体,并且使各自的苦味,臭味、辣味等互相抵销。
2.然后,进行过滤除去杂质,再加热将酒精蒸馏出去(同时也可回收酒精)。
3.蒸馏液过滤后,再在滤液中加进豆酱曲霉的培养液,让其静置发酵3天,以达到脱臭和糖化的目的。
4.在曲霉发酵过程中让人参、蒜和枸杞混合过滤液进一步脱臭和糖化之后,再加果糖、柠檬香料、苹果酸和水、充分混合后,就可以制成人参无酒精清凉饮料,而且没有任何异味、芳香可口,很受欢迎。
