地毯染色工艺 地毯生产工序之一。是根据地毯毛纱的物理和化学性能，选择适宜的染料，通过物理或化学的方法，使染料均匀而又透彻地固着在毛纤维上，染出符合地毯图案设计要求的毛纱。由于地毯织成后要经化学水洗等，所以染过的色纱要求耐碱、耐氯、耐酸、耐摩擦。艺术挂毯一般不用化学水洗，但对防晒牢度要求严格。毛纱在染色之前，还须洗涤，以除去各种杂质。
