家乡咸肉150克

姜适量
鸡高汤300毫升
辅料:

党参9克
黑枣6颗
枸杞6克
调味料
料酒50毫升
做法:
1.姬松茸、香菇泡水洗净、笋片、葱、姜洗净;大白菜洗净,切块;家乡咸肉洗净、切小块。
2.全部材料放入锅中,加入料酒、党参、黑枣、枸杞及鸡高汤盖满材料。
3.炖煮30分钟即可食用。
tips:
1.姬松茸与香菇泡冷水20分钟后,洗净多冲几次水,可避免吃进一些添加物(如硫化物)。
2.这道菜冬天可用冬笋;春季可用春笋,也可用五花肉来取代家乡咸肉,但汤品要加盐。
特色:
菇菌类可抗癌、强肝、抗菌及促进新陈代谢,使体内废物及毒气顺利排除。姬松茸是抗癌菇类,鲜度不错哦!
