  病理基因位于X染色体上,现其性质显性的,这种疾病称X连锁显性遗传病。特点:①系谱中可看到连续传递。②男性患者的后代中,女儿都患病,儿子都正常;女性患者的后代中,则子女各有1/2可能患病。③一般女性患者为多。④患者的双亲中,有一方也是该病患者。
