半乳糖激酶缺乏引起的一种半乳糖代谢障碍。该酶是催化三磷酸腺苷(ATP）+D-半乳糖形成二磷酸腺苷(ADP）+a-D-半乳糖-1-磷酸反应的转移酶。缺乏该酶将导致血中半乳糖及半乳糖醇增高。临床以白内障为主要表现，伴以轻微肝肿大，但肝功能正常，无神经系统及肾脏损害。常染色体隐性遗传。红细胞中半乳糖激酶检测及皮肤成纤维细胞酶活性测定可确诊。忌食含乳糖饮食数月后白内障可消失。
