主料:八角鱼

调料:沙姜、葱段、蒜、白糖、料酒、盐、大料、鸡精

做法:

1、 将八角鱼洗净去皮,用沸水焯一下;

2、 沙姜洗净切成片;

3、 坐锅点火,倒油待油8成热时,放入蒜、大料、葱段、沙姜、八角鱼翻炒,再加入料酒、白糖、盐、鸡精即可
