毒性LD50(mg/kg):急性经口LD50:大小鼠大于10000,狗大于5000,鹌鹑大于2000。对眼睛能引起轻微的结膜炎。鱼毒LC50(96h):蓝鳃鱼和虹鳟鱼均大于1.1mg/L。在田间条件下,对蜜蜂无明显危害。以2,2-二乙基乙酸甲酯,经甲基化等三步反应得到5-氨基-3-(1-乙基-1-甲基丙基)异噁唑,最后与2,6-二甲氧基苯酰氯反应,即制得目的物。
性状:纯品为无色晶体
溶解情况:溶解度(25℃):水1~2mg/L,甲醇、乙酸乙酯50~100g/L,己烷70~80mg/L。
用途:本品属酰胺类除草剂,是细胞分裂抑制剂。以75~125g(a.i.)/ha芽前施药,可防除禾谷类作物、树木、葡萄和草坪中的阔叶杂草,如母菊、繁缕、蓼、婆婆纳和董菜等杂草。但要防除早熟禾需与其它除草剂联合使用,豌豆和蚕豆对本品有较好的耐药性.本品可与绿麦隆混用.
备注:稳定性:本品在pH5~9的水中稳定.但其水溶波易发生光分解,不因紫外光分解;在土壤中DT50为5~6个月.
