性质:对青霉素的一种过敏性休克。青霉素休克发生迅速,约有半数病例注射药物后5min内可出现,有些病人注射药物过程中即可发生,也有作皮试时出现,有数数病例用药数小时内或连续用药疗程中发病,但青霉素休克的病例90%于给药后30min内出现。青霉素休克的发生率为0.004%~0.015%,死亡率约为5%~10%。其临床症状主要有:(1)呼吸道阻塞症状,由喉头水肿和气管、支气管痉挛、肺水肿等引起;(2)微循环障碍症状,由微血管广泛扩张所致;(3)中枢神经症状,由于脑组织缺氧或缺血所致;(4)皮肤过敏反应,如瘙痒,荨麻疹等。
