性质:又称苯氧甲基青霉素。由青霉菌Penicillium chrysogenum 发酵液培养基中加入苯氧乙酸侧链前体制得。白色结晶性粉末,无臭。易溶于乙醇、丙酮,微溶于水,不溶于液体石蜡、非挥发油。熔点120~128℃(分解)。对酸稳定,抗菌谱和青霉素G相似,对耐药金葡菌比青霉素G有效。其优点是对酸稳定,故能口服给药且不受食物影响。血药浓度高,但有效血药浓度维持时间短。主要用于溶血性链球菌、肺炎球菌、淋球菌引起的感染。过敏反应比青霉素G少,但有时也引起急性过敏性休克、皮疹、荨麻疹、呕吐、腹泻、嗜酸性粒细胞升高。对青霉素过敏者禁用。
