性质:一般发酵产品的提取过程中,发酵液首先经过固液分离,以将菌体及其他固性物同发酵上清液分离出来,然后再对产物进行进一步的提取。全发酵液加工技术是指省去固液分离步骤,直接对发酵液进行简单的预处理后,进行产物的提取。全发酵液简化了提取步骤,降低了成本,但一般不能获得高质量的产品。
