性质:由微生物Propionicbacterium shermanii发酵制得。暗红色结晶或结晶性粉末,吸湿,遇光易分解。分子量1579.60。化学上是维生素B12和腺苷的结合物,它是维生素B12在于体内的活性型。有抗贫血、抗组胺、护肝、神经保护、蛋白同化、促进生长等作用,比一般B12毒性小,神经亲和性强,造血能力大,活性高,吸收完全。为抗贫血药,也可用于神经炎的辅助治疗,亦用于急慢性肝炎。
