辅酶ii和辅酶i的区别仅在于一个磷酸基,即辅酶i为烟酰胺腺嘌呤二核苷酸(nad)或二磷酸吡啶核苷酸(dpn);而辅酶ii则为烟酰胺腺嘌呤二核苷酸磷酸(nadp)或三磷酸毗啶核苷酸(tpn)。nadp是nad通过激酶被磷酸化所产生。nadp是生物氧化过程中不可缺少的氢传递体。其还原形式为nadph.
