性质:又称氯苄苯丙胺,氯苯唑林。沸点132~134℃(13.3Pa)。其盐酸盐为白色结晶性粉末。熔点182~183℃。溶于乙醇和水,微溶于氯仿和甲醇。以α-甲基苯乙胺为原料制得。为食欲抑制药,具有较强的抑制食欲的作用,中枢兴奋作用较弱,且能促使周围脂肪分解,使血中游离脂肪酸升高。用于治疗肥胖病。
