OBJECTIVE To investigate the distribution behavior of naproxen enantiomers in the extraction system with D(L)-isobutyl tartrate in 1,2-dichloroethane organic phase and HP-β-CD in aqueous phase,and to evaluate the influence of kind and concentration of tartaric acid esters,concentration of HP-β-CD and pH on extraction performance were investigated.
结果羟丙基β-环糊精对S-萘普生对映体的识别能力大于对R-萘普生对映体的识别能力,而L-酒石酸异丁酯的识别能力刚好相反;在羟丙基β-环糊精和L-酒石酸异丁酯萃取体系中,萘普生外消旋体一次萃取分离后R和S对映体的分配系数(kR和kS)分别为8。
