制备方法:由对氯苯丁酮酸-4经α-溴化后再与硫代苯甲酰胺缩合而得。

用途:氯苯噻乙酸为一种新的甾体消炎镇压痛药,可用于慢性关节炎、变形性关节症、肩周炎、腰痛、呼吸道炎症的消炎镇痛,也用于外伤及术后,拔牙的消炎镇痛。
