      又名1-羟基癸酸-γ-内酯、γ-正已基-γ-丁内酯、1,4-癸内酯。无色液体。分子量170.25。沸点153℃(2kPa)。折射率1.46l0。极易溶于水。具有类似桃子的水果香气。
    生产方法:主要采用缩合法。以辛醇和丙二醇为原料进行缩合反应,然后再经内酯化反应而得。
    用途:内酯类合成香料。主要用作调合香料。
