An Analysis of Current Situation and a Study of Develop System about Talent of Party and Politics of Zhejiang Province;

By using the concrete materials and data, this paper analyzes on the present situation and existing problems of our country s rural talents resources, and puts forward some practicable suggestions for making effective development of the rural talents resources, training and constructing a rural talents ranks with efficient number, complete type, rational structure and higher quality.

Under the huge interest difference of urban and rural,there has been a substantial outflow of the local rural talents at present.

Jillian province is a large agricultural province with abundant rural talent resource but low quality, which has severely hampered the development of rural economy as well as the national economy.

Based on the investigation data of 398 talents in 10 Counties (area,forest region)of Hubei Province,the paper carries an analysis on the number and structure of the talents in the construction of new rural areas,the problems and countermeasures in the construction of rural talent team.

During the implementation of the strategy of prospering our country by exploiting our talent resources,to establish the training system of the reserves for the party and the government is an important method to strengthen party′s governing capacity construction and advance the sustainable development of the construction of talent group from higher strategic level.
