主料
鲜油甘子1/2斤（约320克），砂糖4两（约160克），麦芽糖2两（约80克），清水1/2杯。
做法
1、油甘子洗净后先用清水浸两小时去苦水，再浸糖水2小时，用竹签由小到大每串穿5粒候用。
2、用小火将糖与清水煮溶，加入麦芽糖改大火继续煮，待起小泡、中泡，最后起大泡时，用筷子蘸少许糖液，若滴入水中凝成硬丝块即熄火。
3、趁热将糖胶均匀地淋于表面，垂直倒放，摊冻。
