串疽 病名。痈疽之发于胸壁而游串者。出《医宗金鉴》卷六十二。又名老鼠钻，游走血脾痈（均见《证治准绳·外科》）。多因七情郁结。积愤而成火毒，遇气血虚而发。初起多见于胸胁，证见漫肿，肌肤皮色正常，无顶无头。其发多先见一处，渐有邻近者发至二、三处者，或见扩散缠绵于一者。若成脓溃破，其间多相互串通，疼痛多牵胁引背，病势日重。治宜清热解毒，或补益气血。内服于早期可选黄连解毒汤，或仙方活命饮加理气之药，或按证选用紫金丹。若体尚健壮者，可考虑用一粒金丹；若老弱气血虚者，则应选用黄芪木香散补托之。其疮面红活者，治同外痈；若脓稀久治不愈者，治参流痰之类。本病相当于胸壁结核病，或为肋骨结核病等。
