[原料/调料]
新鲜香菇 1/2斤
青椒 2个
白酒 少许
盐 1又
糖 1/2大匙
白胡椒粉 1小匙
白芝麻 少许
[制作流程]
(1)香菇洗净，在表面用尖刀划十字形交叉刀，划的时候不能太深，全部做好后即可三朵一串，用竹籤分别串好备用。
(2)在青椒方面，另外也可以选择甜椒，因为色彩比较丰富，串起来更好看。把青椒纵切成对半，去籽，切除头蒂后，切成3×5公分的长方形，一枝竹籤串三片，全部串好备用。
(3)将调味料搅拌均匀，再一一刷在香菇串及青椒串上，烧烤至熟即可食用。
由于香菇及青椒都是容易熟的蔬菜，且含水份高，所以不要烤太久，以防水份流失，而且青椒会变黄变软，那就不好吃了。
