制作方法：
1、鲜虾(沙虾)去皮，用干布将虾的水份去掉。
2、盐腌一会，沥干水份再用干布挤掉水份。把虾放在鸡蛋清中加入干淀粉，顺一个方向搅拌。最后用色拉油抓拌(防止虾进锅后粘在一起)，静置10分钟。
3、油锅不要烧的太热，把虾放进锅中用筷子顺时针打转，颜色一变就出锅。
4、放油，细芹菜梗几条，火龙果，几粒葱花(葱花不能太多会盖过虾的鲜味)，炒两下放入虾，翻炒五下出锅。
