Samples were then taken for examination on chemical analysis,microstructure,micro hardness,micro-fracture on those spalled work rolls.
通过对某厂1700冷连轧机工作辊剥落事故进行调查和断口特征分析,发现该轧机工作辊出现由工作辊内部线状开裂引起的剥落;对剥落工作辊进行取样检验,分析其化学成分、金相组织、显微硬度、残余奥氏体含量和微观断口,证实工作辊辊身表层基体组织不符合技术要求、显微硬度和残余奥氏体含量过高是导致工作辊内裂剥落的主要原因,进而实施改进措施,防止事故再次发生。
