适应症： 用于治疗急、慢性支气管炎、肺结核、咽喉炎等症以及手术后咳痰困难者。

用量用法： 口服：每次０．１ｇ，每日３次。气管滴入：０．２５ｇ溶于５ｍｌ溶液内滴入或雾化吸入。

注意事项： 可有恶心、呕吐、食欲不振等；偶有失眠、头晕、皮疹或使哮喘患者产生支气管痉挛。故哮喘患者慎用；严重肝脏及心脏患者忌用。水溶液放置时能缓缓分解，故应临用前配制。
