Objective:The purpose of this study, by comparing the analgesic effects in three groups, was to explore the perspective of intercostal nerve blockade with Kezepu (Compound menthol lidocaine hydrochloride injection) after thoracotomy in perioperative period in clinical application.
目的:通过采用肋间神经封闭、肋间神经冷冻、静脉自控镇痛方法,对开胸手术病人的术后围手术期镇痛效果进行对比研究,探讨克泽普(薄荷脑利多卡因复方制剂)肋间神经封闭术在临床应用以及推广应用方面的可行性。

摩卡薄荷咖啡：“在冷奶油上倒上温咖啡”冷奶油浮起，成冷甜奶油，它下面的咖啡是热的，不加搅拌让它们保持各自的不同温度，喝起来很有意思。这是美国人爱好的巧克力薄荷味咖啡，薄荷味和咖啡相称地调和酿造出来。
配制方法：在杯中依次加入20克巧克力、深煎炒的咖啡、1小匙白薄荷，再加1大匙奶油浮在上面，削上一些巧克力末，最后装饰一片薄荷叶即成。
