性质:以氧化铝陶瓷为基体由碳化硅增强的复合材料。氧化铝陶瓷硬度大,熔点高,但强度和断裂韧性低。采用热压烧结法制备出的复合材料,抗弯强度可达600~900MPa,断裂韧性达7~9MPa。m1/2。同时还具有良好高温性能。用在刀具、陶瓷发动机和航天航空等方面。
