性质:含氧化铝量极高的陶瓷。一般分为:Al2O3>90.0%~99.9%;Al2O3>96.5%;Al2O3>94.5%;Al2O3 86%~94.5%;Al2O380%~86%。如用于高温(作热电偶套管),要求玻璃相尽可能少,晶粒要大(200μm);用作绝缘材料者,晶粒可较粗;需耐化学腐蚀者,玻璃相也要少;要高强度者,晶粒要细(8μm),需高耐磨者;晶粒要更细(3~5μm),加入0.05%MgO,可阻止晶粒长大。高纯制品可作钠蒸气灯罩,其余可用作耐高温和电气绝缘产品。
