材料: 鲢鱼下巴(鲢鱼头)四个。

调料: 大蒜一根,葱两根,姜五片,酱油四大匙,白糖、米醋各一大匙,淀粉一中匙,芝麻油一小匙,水一杯,色拉油三大匙。

做法: ①将鲢鱼下巴洗净,用三大匙酱油及白糖、米醋、淀粉、芝麻油、水腌30分钟。

②盘内放三大匙色拉油,高火2分钟后将鲢鱼下巴放入,高火3分钟,翻面再高火3分钟。

③将大蒜段、葱段、姜、一大匙酱油加入,高火2分钟后撒上少许大蒜拌匀即可。
