韩国进口自由化政策
韩国进口自由化政策随着韩国经济实力的增强，国际收支状况的好转，政府由实行限制进口的政策转为实行进口白由化政策。1978年2月，韩国政府成立进口自由化政策对策委员会，决定进一步扩大自由进口商品的种类，确定长期进口自由化的基本方向。到80年代，韩国实行进口自由化的着眼点是，扩大进口本地生产上急需而且有利于稳定物价的大宗商品，如建筑材料、钢铁产品以及部分耐用消费品;允许进口本地已大量生产并具有国际竞争力的商品，以促进企业间的竞争，改善经营，进一步提高国际竞争力。在实行进口自由化的过程中，对以下几类商品仍加以限制:①新开发的或正在鼓励发展的生产部门能生产的商品;②某些农渔业产品和本地中小企业生产的商品;③国际惯例上实行进口限制的商品;④本地不准大量消费的商品，如奢侈品。随着经济的发展，自由进口商品的范围进一步扩大。
