货物承运人要求承运人如实申报托运货物的权利：在承运人托运货物前，托运人在办理货物运输时需要按规定向承运人如实告知有关的必要情况，以便承运人准确、安全的进行运输。依《合同法》第３０４条第１款规定，托运人办理货物运输，应当向承运人表明收货人的名称或者姓名或者凭指示的收货人，货物的名称、性质、质量、数量，收货地点以及其他有关货物运输的必要情况，托运人要求填写托运单的依《合同法》第３０４条第二款规定，因托运人申报不实或者遗漏重要情况，造成承运人损失的，托运人应自己承担损失，承运人可不承担责任。《合同法》第304条
