奥斯曼（577～656） 伊斯兰教史上第三任哈里发。出身于麦加古来什部落伍麦叶氏族。作为统治氏族的富商，在早期穆斯林中极为罕见，一贯忠实追随并以财力支持穆罕默德。曾两次迁徙到阿比西尼亚，于622年返归麦地那。先后与穆罕默德之女鲁吉亚和乌姆·库勒苏姆结婚，故有“祖·努赖因”（拥有双光者）之称。欧麦尔遇刺后，被推选为哈里发。传统认为，他在位（644～656）的前6年继续推行前任的政策，征服亚美尼亚和阿塞拜疆，平定波斯全境，扩大在北非的版图；下令收集和审定《古兰经》定本，成为沿用至今的奥斯曼本。后6年排斥圣门弟子，任人唯亲，大量封赐亲属土地，并纵容他们侵占公产，对战利品分配不公，终于激化社会矛盾，爆发内乱，政局不稳。656年4月在麦地那被杀。 |
