%26ldquo;推定全损%26rdquo;的对称，即保险财产在物质形式或经济价值上已完全灭失的损失。实际全损主要有下列四种情形：（1）保险标的已遭毁灭，如船舶与货物沉入海底无法打捞或货物被大火毁灭；（2）保险标的属性上的毁灭，原有的商业价值已不复存在，如茶叶遭海水浸湿后香味尽失、水泥浸海水后变成块状；（3）被保险人已不能恢复其所丧失的所有权，如船舶与货物被捕获或扣押后释放无期，或已被没收；（4）船舶失踪已达一定时期，如半年仍无音讯，则可视作全损。被保险人如果遭遇实际全损，即由保险人按保险金额全部赔付。
