材料：a：主料
忌廉芝士184g
细砂糖50g
吉利丁片4g（即鱼胶片）
橙皮酒9ml（我用bacardi百加得冰锐橙味朗姆预调酒代替）
鲜橙汁9ml
新鲜蛋黄2个
鲜奶油167ml
b：饼底
消化饼110g
无盐奶油90g（我觉得太多，减为50g，似乎少了点，吃起来掉饼干屑）
c：装饰
新鲜草莓数颗，我用了8颗
做法：
1，忌廉芝士放室温软化后加糖打发
2，慢慢加入蛋黄拌匀
3，将酒和橙汁加入后拌匀
4，鱼胶片用冷水泡软后，隔水加热至融化，然后倒入芝士糊里头快速拌匀
5，鲜奶油打发后轻手拌入芝士糊
6，草莓洗干净，取4、5个对半切开
7，取一个天使蛋糕模，将切半的草莓贴边放，注意蒂部朝上，然后把芝士糊倒进模子
8，消化饼敲碎后拌入融化的牛油混合，铺在芝士糊上面压平，用保鲜膜包好后放冰箱冷藏4小时以上
step1 忌廉芝士放室温软化后加糖打发
