The author explored the legal principle basis of patients′ informed consent and considered the origin of patients′ informed consent is on the basis of the special relationship between doctors and patients and the protection of the right of consumers and the respect of patients personality.

Through the introduction of legislation in foreign countries and the analysis on the current situation of evidence legislation in our country, this article primarily demonstrates the legal principle basis of establishing electronic evidence.
