  【拐一LM一FE模型中的支出转换政策】这里考虑实施汇率调整之外的其它支出转换政策,如提高关税等。这会推动IS和FE曲线右移,IS与LM交于A点,而几曲线右移距离大于IS。原因在于,使国际收支达到均衡的收人Y,其增量等于工乘以因支出转换引致的进 m口减少额的数量;使商品市场均衡的收人Y,仅增加了相当于11(,+m)乘以进口减少额的数量,所以A点为国际收支顺差点。固定汇率制下,如果有吸收政策的相应配合,可达到另一个均衡位置,从而带来收人的上升。浮动汇率制下,为恢复均衡,本币必然升值,推动巧和FE左移,直到足以挤出提高关税等措施所引起的支出转换为止。所以在浮动汇率制下,图中三种形态中的收人都不可能增加。
