本文首先在音系层面上对全州话和普通话的声、韵、调进行了非常粗略的比较，接着通过实验语音学和听辨相结合的方法分析全州普通话和标准普通话在语音上的差别，描写了全州普通话在声学表现以及发音动作上的细节，揭示全州普通话的声母、韵母、语调的基本面貌，反映了全州人在说标准普通话时存在的一些问题。
