The purpose of the research is to conclude the teaching instructional speech strategy, to construct a strategy bank which can be selected by teachers, and give the kindergartener some suggestion about how to optimize and combine the teaching instructional strategy and what ways can be used to improve the operation ability of the teaching instructional strategy.
本研究的目的是归纳出幼儿园集体教学活动三个不同阶段中教师所使用的教学指导语策略,构建一个可供教师选择的策略库,并对幼儿教师如何优选组合教学指导语策略以及通过何种途径去提高策略运用能力提出建议。

指导语(instruetion)在心理实验开始之前,主试向被试说明实验、交代任务时所说的话。心理实验证明,实验指导语不同,其结果就会不同。因此指导语也是一种控制被试变量的手段。在给出指导语时应注意的事项如下:(l)主试事先要严格确定给被试什么样的指导语,不要临时确定、随时更改。(2)在指导语中要把被试应该知道的事一次交待完全。(3)要保证被试确实懂得指导语,因此指导语要简单明了,切忌模棱两可,也不要用专门术语。(4)指导语应标准化,即应做到所给的指导语前后一致、对所有的被试都相同。最好使用录音机给出指导语。 (金志成撰林仲肾审)
