法国添置房地产援助贷款
【法国添置房地产援助贷款】对购置地产以建筑住房或用于相应的建筑工程、建造或添置新住房及其附属建造、购置旧住房及其附属建筑而进行修缮和相应工程的贷款。这种贷款是法国1977年住房投资改革的产物。贷款数额按照住房的地理位置、房屋新旧程度、房屋面积、可居住性及质量等不同标准,给予不同数额的贷款。如果购置旧房加以修缮,则修缮费至少要占建造费用总额的20%,由房地产金融机构支援so%的贷款。如果是集体建造,则按法令规定的标准价格给予70%一so%的贷款。这种贷款是由法国地产信贷银行、低租金住房机构贷款银行和农业信贷银行提供的。
