Prevailing bribe-taking is one important characteristics of Yuan Dynasty′s politics which caused by the following reasons: failure of the election system and employing inappropriate person;senior officials taking the lead in taking bribes;difficulty in supervising because of TaiGuan′s bribe-taking;excuses for taking bribes because the placeman are not well-paid.
