日报。1938年1月严宝礼等创刊于上海。因宣传抗日爱国，1939年5月被迫停刊。1945年9月复刊，因支持爱国民主运动，1947年5月被国民党当局勒令停刊。1948年9月起出版香港版《文汇报》。1949年6月，上海版复刊，并以报道文教、科技为主要内容。
