To effectively evaluate the clinical effect and safety of Yindankechuan Pian, we take the method of random control and use Yindankechuan Pian as the study group to treat the acute bronchitis and the acute attack stage of chronic bronchitis , which belong to the cough of phlegm-heat by stagnating lung while used Qinbaohongzhike Pian as the control group.

热郁 热郁 证名。因诸邪久延不愈，郁而化热所致的病证。六郁之一。见《丹溪心法》卷三。《杂病源流犀烛》卷十八：“不发热，常觉自蒸不能解，目蒙口渴，舌燥便赤，脉沉而数，是热郁，或昏瞀，或肌热，扪之烙手，皆是热郁。”治宜清热散郁，用火郁汤、黄连解毒汤等方。参见郁证、六郁、外郁条。
