惊风痰热痧
惊风痰热痧 病证名。出《痧胀玉衡》。症见小儿发热面赤，手足抽搐，两目上视，痰喘不已。诊其六脉俱伏，反无热象。治以疏风而热不除，豁痰而痰不消，定惊而惊益甚者，属痧胀。视其腿弯、胁弯有痧筋，用消毒三棱针刺之，紫黑毒血流出自愈。
