胎气蕴热 胎气蕴热 病证名。出《普济方》。指婴儿烦热，食即呕吐，眠不安席，神情躁扰，闻声即掣。由于儿在胎中时，孕母多忧怒郁闷，复因胎气燥热，儿生艰难，母生惊悸而致乳汁不和，小儿吮乳得之。治宜调气解蕴。
