原料: 加州杏仁、面粉、黄油、果脯、青红丝、瓜籽仁、葡萄干、黑芝麻、熟面。
做法: 用面粉和黄油分别做成油酥面团和水皮面团。将水皮面圆包油酥面团擀成薄片后再卷起来,做成小剂子。将果脯、杏切碎,加入青红丝和少许白糖、瓜籽仁、葡萄干、熟面和少许黄油,搅成馅。用剂子包上馅按成饼,涮上鸡蛋液后用烤熟的杏仁和黑芝麻做图案,烤熟即可。
